When unscrupulous human developers threaten to destroy their forest, outraged animals turn to their famous doctor friend for help in this sequel to the popular Eddie Murphy comedy. In order to help save the animal habitat, Dolittle must play Cupid to Ava, a lone endangered bear living in the condemned forest, and Archie, a city-dwelling, wise-cracking, fast food-loving, circus-performing bear. Unfortunately, it’s hardly a love connection for the mismatched bears, as Ava is unimpressed by Archie’s bumbling antics. With the aid of his mangy, madcap animal friends, Dolittle must teach this overgrown teddy the ways of true romance in time to save his species and his home!
